    I compete full time in the ATA circuit and really want to attend a couple of NASKA competitions. How different is it and can you explain what will go on and what I should expect. And training, how much and who do you train with. Thank you.

    Well I don't do NASKA (too many other sports for it) but I do compete locally and I've been to several NASKA competitions to watch. I've been doing martial arts for 8 years and I'm a 2nd degree black belt in the ITF style of taekwondo. But what I've learned from competing is that a competition is a competition. NASKA or not you still just have to do you best and hope the judges like it :) As for training, just practice hard and study the other NASKA competitors to get ideas (not copying) I hope this helps!
