I have been tricking for around 3 years now, yet I still have troubles with doing a b-twist. I'm not sure, but could size have anything to do with it? I mean, I'm 5'1 and weigh 90 pounds, and trust me, I'm not the strongest kid out there. For some reason though, I find corks, fulls, and a-twists a lot easier. Anyone have tips?
well a cork is a step up from a b twist so thats kinda odd but yet ur like me =) i can almost cork but a b twist for me is like super hard but wat i would do it go on youtube and watch vids to c if they can give u any help
what i did was i had really hard time learning it to but what i found that helped was practicing a lot of butterflies then an illusion flip (were u land both legs at the same time) and once u get that down u just have to work on the tworking into a b twist
For height, you are gonna want to stall out a little bit more before you torque yourself around. Practice your bkicks and get a feel of when you get max height and then start working on twisting. If you are too low, it could be because you are twisting too soon
Focus on throwing your take off leg up. That'll give you the height. Also remember to jump before you twist....don't try to twist off the ground- it won't work. Hope this helps. Happy tricking :)
