Hey Taylor, I'm sure at least most of these tricks are covered on the Hyper Training DVDs and hopefully soon on the site. But until then, some great tutorials have been done by Kyle "Epic" Mendoza on Youtube. They actually got me started on tricking, and I found them really helpful.

Taylor- check out Hans DVD, Caitlins DVD, Austins and Micahs DVD (coming out next few weeks). They do a good job of explaining techniques with freeze frames and such.

Remember this- Every advanced kick has 3 parts- Kick, Jump and the Spin. You have to master all three elements and be able to really do all of them very well.

With the twist you need to practice the airplane jump for the 1 leg take off, practice your twists and or spins with plyo balls and punching under your arm each direction. Get comfortable doing the butterfly kick so you get high and are familiar with it and when you to the top be ready to spin fast.

how do you get into xma

I got into XMA from watching competitors compete at tournaments and from the videos I saw of youtube. I actually saw a vides of Mackensi Emory and Tyler Weaver and was like I want to do XMA. And some schools have and it and some don't. My first school did not so I did alot of XMA stuff on my own. Find a school with XMA or learn on your on from watching videos. If you ever need help, everybody on here is very helpful so just ask! :)
