For the "flip" You need to use your dip to help gain height. Your leg should lift while your upper body pulls up at the same time. The spin in you set up should help you get the flat spin you need to complete the flip.
For the twist the main thing is waiting for the right time to start your twist. Common mistake is twisting off the ground. Don't do that. Wait until you are performing the butterfly and completly in the air. Once both feet are up in the wrap your around like you are hugging your self or givig yourself a pat on the back and the twist should occur naturally.
P.S. Post a vid next time for more specific advice.
You might also want to look at the "Kickin' It with Matt Emig" video under the "Hyper TV" tab. Matt talks about the butterfly and rotation... Hope that helps.
I know for a wushu butterfly you have to keep your chest down the whole time. When I do it I start with my chest down then I rotate because of the twist. I hope that helps. Another great tool for help is tutuorial on b-twist on youtube and asking trickers. Mackensi is right watch Matt Emig's video he is very good at explaining what to do.
