the thing i don't know about martial arts i take the regular martial arts class but i dont how to flip like Leo Howard or the hyper members

Because not all Martial Arts clubs teach Hyper moves or Xtreme Martial Arts. You need to find a club that does teach this kind of cool stuff.
You can even order the Hyper DVD's, they help teach you how to do moves. You can also ask for help on these forums. Hope this helps -
