I know I have messed up, everybody has their good and bad days so don't be disappoionted in yourself. I have had a few bad competition days. Like at worlds I totally forgot my form, broke my bo in half, my music did not work, and to top it off I didn't know anybody. It happens and you just gotta push through it and train harder for the next tournament.

Yeah lots of times...you just have to get back up and keep going no matter what. I've forgotten my forms before but you just make it up and keep going and sometimes if you're lucky the judges don't notice. I've had half my nunchuck go flying through the air, my music not work (like Taylor said), and one reeeeaaaallly embarrassing time when we were doing this demo and I was doing a creative nunchuck form and my pants ripped hahaha. But you can't let it get to your head. Just get back up and keep going. It happens to everyone, even the highest ranks.

Brush your mistake off and go back to training even harder for your next competition. Remember we are human, we make mistakes. Perfection is not possible for no one is perfect. If you need any more tips or help ask on here:)
